🏞️ Ko'olau Tallest Tour
Conquer the Crown of the Koʻolau Mountains
If you're ready to climb to the highest point of the Koʻolau Range, this is your chance to experience one of the most rugged, wild, and rewarding hikes on Oʻahu.
We begin our adventure deep in the lush, tropical rainforest — the kind that soaks your boots, fills the air with birdsong, and reminds you that you’re truly alive. The trail starts by following a legendary section of the HURT 100 ultramarathon route, before opening up to a stunning lookout over Nuʻuanu Valley.
But this is just the warm-up.
From here, we follow the narrow ridge trail as it climbs steep, muddy, and wild toward the towering twin summits of Konahuanui, the highest peaks of the entire Koʻolau Range. This part is for the bold—rope sections, thick native vegetation, and a real vertical grind to the top.
Standing at the summit, you’ll be rewarded with 360° views of both the Windward and Leeward sides of Oʻahu, a reminder of the ancient volcanic forces that shaped this island and the rare beauty few ever reach.
