Welcome to one of Oʻahu’s most legendary and heart-pounding ridge hikes — the Olomana Three Peaks Challenge. This 4.5-mile beast of a hike takes you up a steep, cardio-crushing ascent and across a narrow, exposed ridge line to conquer three razor-sharp peaks, each more intense than the last.

Expect scrambling, ropes, vertical drops, and views that’ll leave you speechless. This is not for beginners — it’s a true adventure for experienced hikers ready to push themselves and feel the raw energy of the Koʻolau Mountains under their boots.

Peak 1 is just the beginning. Peak 2 demands focus. And Peak 3? It’s pure madness in the best way.

  • Difficulty: Intermediate / Advanced

  • Distance: ~4.5 miles (7.2 km)

  • Elevation Gain: 2,600 ft (800 m)

  • Duration: ~5 hours

  • Terrain: Steep cardio climb, narrow ridges, scrambling, rope sections, exposed drop-offs
