Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this 72-hour window will be eligible for a full refund or no additional charge for rescheduling. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will be non-refundable.
